DINING

BREAKFAST

We pride ourselves on offering a full breakfast that includes a continental range as well as a hot breakfast cooked to order.  Seasonal fresh fruit, cereals, home baked goods, preserves, bacon and sausages from an award winning local butcher and eggs from our hens. If you have any particular dietary requirements please let us know at time of booking.  We cater for vegetarian, vegan, coeliac and lactose intolerant guests.

LUNCH

We offer a packed lunch that can contain, when in season, a range of Tasmanian cheese, smoked salmon, fruit, homemade preserves, pickles and sandwiches or sushi rolls, tailored to any dietary requirements and perfect for a picnic lunch whilst out sightseeing or trekking in the Far South Wilderness.  Cost is $20 per person and requires 24 hours notice.  

DINNER

We also offer evening meals that cater for any dietary requirements.  The first is a two course cooked evening meal of main and dessert with tea and coffee at $35 per person.  The menu for the evening meal is dependent on seasonal availability and dietary requirements.  A sample menu is locally caught fresh fish with seasonal vegetables from our garden and sauce verde followed by a vanilla and loganberry panna-cotta with baked chocolate, biscuit twirl and poached fruit. 

Alternatively we offer a cold platter can contain a range of Tasmanian cheese, smoked salmon, cured meats, fruit, homemade preserves, pickles, bread and sushi rolls, perfect to eat whilst sitting around our fire pit in the garden or in our guest lounge or even at the beach.  The cost is $35 per person.   

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement (please advise when booking or allow 24 hours notice).
